About the Project
Escambia County Office of Transportation and Traffic Operations is conducting a Project Development and Environment Study (PD&E) to evaluate options for a new east-west connection to improve regional mobility and provide a much needed intra-county transportation solution between Blue Angel Parkway and U.S. HW #29 (Pensacola Boulevard).
The project is approximately (3) three miles in length and ends at U.S Highway 29 (Pensacola Boulevard). In addition to the PD&E study, Escambia County will also identify key neighborhood issues requiring improvement--drainage, code enforcement, parks, community centers, and safety features such as lighting, sidewalks, and landscaping.
